Tai Chi Tennis is a sports and wellness game for gentle and dynamic training with the Tai Chi principles. The game equipment consists of a special stick covered with an elastic rubber surface and a non-jumping ball, partly filled with sand. The aim is to control the ball with skill and finesse with soft and flowing movements. In contrast to classic tennis, the ball is never hit!

The wonderful thing about Tai Chi tennis is that it can be played by everyone, regardless of their athletic condition, by young and old, and that it is simply fun even without a large set of rules.
