Raab organic grape seed flour is made from the press cake of de-oiled grape seeds. The press cake is created by carefully cold pressing the seeds of sun-ripened grapes. Grapes and products made from them contain oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) (3.7 g per 100 g of grape seed flour). In addition, grape seed flour is rich in fiber.

Consumption recommendation: Raab organic grape seed flour is suitable, for example, as an addition to smoothies, yoghurts, quark, mueslis, soups, desserts or as a baking ingredient for bread, rolls, pizza and cakes. When baking, replace approx. 10% conventional flour with grape seed flour and experience the slightly nutty taste.
