The nettle is a local superfood whose vital substances are concentrated in the dried nettle powder. Raab organic nettle powder contains potassium, magnesium, 48% vegetable protein and is rich in calcium and fiber. There are 530 g of fresh nettle in 100 g of powder. This makes it a natural supplier of the vital substances mentioned above and is therefore wonderfully suitable for enriching and enhancing food and drinks.

Consumption recommendation: Raab organic nettle powder is versatile in the kitchen, e.g. for green smoothies, shakes, vegetable juices, salad dressings, soups, etc.
For green smoothies, stir approx. 3 tablespoons of the powder (12.5 g) into 500 ml of liquid. The powder is also ideal for coloring pasta, cake or pizza dough.
The above-mentioned positive effects start from a daily consumption of 12.5 g nettle powder.
