DESCRIPTION OF THE PLANT

The larch is a graceful tree that can grow up to 30 meters tall. It prefers forest edges and hills and has a coarse bark. The male yellow and female red flowers are on the same tree and open as soon as the green needles appear. Flowering time is from the end of March to April.
