PAMPER YOUR BODY AND YOUR SOUL!
Experience the positive effects of an Ayurvedic oil massage.
This is less about vigorously massaging the muscle tissue, but more about giving body and mind a deep inner balance with the help of warmed, harmonizing oils and gentle movements. Therefore, the main focus is on distributing the oil evenly on the skin so that it can be absorbed easily.
A rich selection of Ayurvedic herbs is used for these precious massage oils. Traditional procedures ensure that the caring parts are gently extracted.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR OIL MASSAGE
Take about a quarter of an hour in the morning. The massage can be performed standing or sitting at a comfortable room temperature.
It is ideal to preheat the oil a little above body temperature. Massage slowly and evenly with the whole hand. In the end, a thin film of oil should cover the entire body.
Start by massaging the head area with small, circular movements. This is followed by the neck, neck and shoulders as well as arms and hands. Massage the long bones with long up and down strokes and the joints with circular movements. The chest and stomach area should be massaged very gently: circling over the chest, straight up and down movements over the sternum and solar plexus. Massage the belly in slow, circular movements clockwise. The back and buttocks are massaged up and down with the palms of the hands as much as you can. The legs are massaged straight on the long bones and in a circular motion on the joints. Finally, massage the soles of your feet.
For best results, leave the oil on your skin for at least 15 minutes before taking a shower. This gives the body enough time to absorb it.
If you are short on time, just massage your head, ears and the soles of your feet.
