Organic natural flavour sweet whey with the lactic acid bacteria (L+) cultures Lb. Acidophilus and bifidus and the prebiotic organic topinambur.
HOW IT WORKES
About 40% of the topinambur bulb, which tastes pleasantly of nuts, is made up of inuline, which is an indigestible carbohydrate. When inuline is taken together with fluids, it swells and causes people to feel satiated because humans cannot metabolise inuline. Thus, people feel satiated with a minimal caloric intake.
However, since intestinal bacteria are quite capable of „digesting“ the inulin, the inuline has the side effect of simultaneously aiding digestion and making people feel full Topinambur definetly helps to improve the intestinal flora.

HOW TO USE
mix 2 level soup spoons (25 grams) of Raab Topilact in 1⁄4 liter of water and blend until the drink has a creamy consistency.
