Important Information: How and when are my items sent? All orders are normally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of order - depending on availability (online viewing of availability is possible from your shopping cart). This ensures fast delivery - in most cases within 48 hours. However, we can not give a formal guarantee as we completely depend on third parties (subcontractors and parcel services). Parcels are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays. A 24 hour delivery service (for a fee) is possible. Gift wrapping services may be available. |

| Any damages during transport are covered by the logistic partners of Light-Office NZ Ltd. These damages, however, have to be reported immediately. The carrier has to be informed at the latest within 3 days of delivery.
Attention: By signing for the receipt of the goods, you acknowledge that you have received the same in good condition. So please have a good look at the parcel.
After signing for the receipt, we will not be in a position to refund you in case of delivery or packing damage, as some transport companies simply go by the signature. |

| Customs & Deliveries Abroad | |  |  |
We send parcels to anywhere in the world. Of course, there will be customs fees depending the particular country.
- Parcels to countries outside the European Union: The value of the goods ordered by product type is entered in the customs forms.
- "Gifts": If you wish to send your order abroad as a gift, then the parcel will be labeled "Gift". The value of the items is however still listed in the customs form.
Fees Customs and import fees are charged as soon as the parcel reaches your country. You are liable to bear these fees; we have no influence over the applicable charges and therefore do not give any information on the same. Customs regulations vary from country to country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. |

| Dear customer: We do our best to always delivery the goods as soon as possible. We understand the urgency and regardless of the order value, we will process your order in the fastest possible time. But please also understand that not EVERYTHING is possible the very next day. Even nature requires time to grow and mature some of our products. Just think of it this way: The fruit of patience is always sweet. If delivery take more than 4 weeks and we have not informed you about the same, you are entitled to cancel the sale.
