SIMULATION OF DUSK

This light alarm belongs to the superlative sunrise- and sunset-simulators, and in addition offers a "snooze function" and a special sleeping noise, "white noise," to make it easier to fall asleep. According to how you adjust it, dusk takes from 15 to 90 minutes, and the room becomes lighter gradually from the first weak flicker of light to its brightest point.

This has the following scientific background: your inner clock reacts to the slightest bit of light with the "awakening process,“ even when the eyes are still closed. So the user of the Light Alarm can get used to waking up little by little and is not torn suddenly from slumber.
