REFRESHING SLEEP
Sleep -- time for regeneration, for processing what we've experience, creating energy for the next day. However, especially in these times, it is difficult for many people to turn off at night and to find their way into deep sleep. The ayurvedic writings give the following suggestions for sleeping difficulties: regular oil massages; occupation with uplifting, pleasant things; warm baths; eating a light meal in the evening (for example soups) - not eaten too late; use of aroma oils; listening to relaxing music before going to bed; a comfortable bed and a pleasant bedroom atmosphere.
