BATHING SACK
Instruction:
Bathing sacks filled with pieces of crystalline salt For a brine bath, place the salt sack in the bathtub and completely cover with water at least 30 minutes prior to bathing.
Within 45 minutes at the most, the salt will have completely dissolved. It is best if the bath water is kept at a temperature of about 37 degrees Celsius.
You should stay in the bath for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Furthermore, it is important to note that you should not use any other bath or cleansing products such as soap or bubble baths, etc. when you are use the salt.
After your bath it is best not to take a shower. A shower would lessen the beneficial impact of the salt on your skin. Let the natural salt dry on your skin. The use of the shower crystal improves your skin and makes you feel fresh.
