| 1. Before Ordering | |  |  |
Before you can order, you must first choose one
or more products and place them in your shopping cart. We explain
how you find and choose products on the help page “Seek and
Find or Browse in the Shop.” Below we’ll explain to
you how you put the items you have selected in the shopping cart
and then order them.
- You’ve found a product that interests you, and you’ve
clicked on the photo of the product to show its product detail
page. Now you can place this product in your shopping cart. To
do this, you choose the number (and, if necessary, the options
– for example, the color of a T-shirt) of the desired item
and click “Place In Cart.”
- The shopping cart automatically stores all of the products
you want to mark.
- Repeat this step with every product that you might want to
order. (You can always remove the item from the shopping cart
later.)
- If you like, you may now order. Click on “Shopping Cart",
on the upper right under the Wellness Shop logo.
It is possible to store items in the shopping cart for later without
ordering them immediately. |
| 2. The Shopping Cart | |  |  |
- Buy? = The tick means that you would like to purchase this item.
If you click on "Next >>" you will get to the
next page. However, you will only order the items you have marked
with a tick. So when you would like to put certain items in your
shopping cart for later, but would like to order others right
away, you can determine this yourself by simply ticking the checkbox
under the “Buy?” column.
- In the description field you will once again get pictures of
the items. You will also find information such as the item number,
the approximate delivery time or possible options. If you would
like to change these again, you can do it directly here. Click
afterwards on "Update."
- Under "Quantity" you can change the number or, if
need be, correct it. Click then on the + or the –, or enter
the number you want directly into the field. Then click on "Update"
and the right number will be substituted.
- If you want to delete an item, click on either
or type in the value "0" and then click on "Update".
- Would you rather order by fax or mail? You can print out the
shopping cart anytime. Simply click on the corresponding link
"Print Shopping Cart."
- Here you also can estimate the shipping charges to your address.
Click on "Calculate Shipping Charges."
If you are finished, click on "Next >>". |
| 3. Setting Up an Account | |  |  |
If you are already a customer with us, you can simply
give your e-mail address or customer number as well as your
password at "Returning Customer" (if you have forgotten
your password, please click on the corresponding link). If you have
never ordered from the Wellness Shop before, click on "Please
Continue Here."
- On the page following, you will find a form where you will need
to give your name, address, contact information etc.
- You may order as a business or private customer. Please note
that in order to place orders as a business – in order to
receive possible tax benefits – you will need to input your
IRS number.
- The fields marked "
"
must be filled out.
- If your delivery address is different than your billing address,
then please click on the link "Click here if your delivery
address is different than your billing address..." and give
your delivery address.
- Please note as well that you must input your telephone number
in the following format: country code – area (or city) code
– telephone number, for example 1 for the US (64 for New
Zealand, 91 for India, 44 for UK), then the local area code and
not until then your actual phone number. Please omit the "00"
in the country code and the "0" in the area code, and
don’t use other symbols such as "-" or "/".

- Last but not least, please choose a password which you will
be sure to remember. Please confirm it.
- In order to place an order in the shop, you must be an adult;
that is why we also ask for your date of birth.
- The newsletters are optional, but recommended, because you
will receive practical special offers and health tips directly
in your e-mail box. Then you can, of course, have access to them
at any time.

| 4. Delivery and Payment | |  |  |
On the pages that follow here, you can choose the delivery
and payment options you desire. In addition, you can use a gift certificate,
if you have one:
- First choose the delivery method you desire. You may, for example,
choose from special additional services such as insurance, COD,
24-hour service etc. These services have different cost structures
according to the choice of delivery service. For that reason,
delivery charges will depend on what you choose and on the delivery
address.
- If our logistical partners in your country offer gift wrapping,
you can choose it here as well.
- If you have a gift certificate, you can use it under "Coupons."
- In addition, you can indicate a Promotion Code here to receive,
for example, a special offer from a certain ad.
- If you participate in Miles or bonus programs, please don’t
forget to give your information here – assuming that we
support your premium system or frequent flyer program.
- Finally choose the payment method you desire. Depending on
the payment method, you may need to give additional information
– for example, for credit cards you will need the expiration
date, the cardholder’s name or the card number. Please note
that different charges accrue to different methods. Choose the
most advantageous and most practical solution for you.
- Your information is encoded according to the most modern guidelines.
Even so, if you have concerns about giving out sensitive information,
simply click on the link for giving your information by phone.

| 5. Confirming Your Order | |  |  |
Now you’re almost done! On this side you will
now have the chance to go over your order one more time, and, if necessary,
make changes and send off the order.
- If you’d like to change the quantity or the options –
or even remove an item entirely – click on "Change
Shopping Cart."
- Look over your billing and delivery addresses one more time
as well as the delivery and payment methods you have chosen. If
you would like to make changes, please click on "Change..."
- You must confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms
and conditionas in order to complete the order.
- Finally, click on "Send Order!" and your order will
be complete.
- We will then contact you immediately with an order confirmation.
If you still haven’t heard anything from us about the order
after about an hour, please let us know. If we have any questions
about your order, we will contact you.
You have now placed an order successfully. |
