- Find and choose a product that you would like to buy. [More]
- On the product detail page you can choose – if necessary
– the item options you want. Then click "In the Cart".

- Now look at the shopping cart or click in the upper right on
"Shopping Cart".
- In the shopping cart, you can choose which items you would like
to order and which ones you would like to store in the cart for
later. You can also choose the desired options, change the quantity,
etc. – then click on "Next". [More]
- If you are already a customer, you can type in your e-mail
address or customer number along with your password. Otherwise,
register as a new customer and give your address and your contact
information. Choose a personal password in order to log on more
quickly or send new orders as well as to see the status of your
orders. Click on "Next". [More]
- In the next step, you choose the desired delivery options and
payment method. Depending on the method of payment, you may need
to give additional information such as for example bank affiliation
for debit payments or your credit card information if paying by
credit card.
In addition, you can use a gift certificate if you have one. Afterwards
click on "Next". [More]
- Now you come to the last page of the order. Here your order
is once again summarized completely: what you are ordering, how
you are paying for it, what address we are sending it to, etc.
– if you want to change something else, click on "Edit".
Otherwise you can confirm your order with "Send Order".

- Now your order has arrived with us, and we will confirm this
immediately by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail within
60 minutes, please contact us.
