Vata Churna
Spicy and curry-like. With cumin, fenugreek, turmeric, asafetida and ginger. vata balancing. Especially suited to all foods that increase vata, such as cabbage, broccoli, corn, legumes and salads.
Pitta Churna
Mild and exotic, fine. With coriander, fennel, cumin, cardamon, ginger and turmeric. Good in the summer, in cases of excessive internal pitta (heat), for tomato dishes and according to your taste.
Kapha Churna
Sharply spicy and lightly fiery. With ginger, coriander, black pepper and turmeric. Kapha balancing. Recommended for heavy foods and when you feel like a somewhat spicier dish. |
