BAMBOO SEA - SALT
Processed according to the tradition of Buddhist monks.
BASIC BAMBOO SALT
As the pH-value of the bamboo salt is more than 10 (alkaline) when dissolving water, it can be used very well for cooking health-consciously to support the acid-base balance. It has a strong antioxidative power and it is a good support for the stomach when it is acerbic.It has an aromatic and mild taste and is characterized by a high magnesium portion.
The smell of sulfur is caused by the mixture of natural sulfur with different minerals in the bamboo. This is the inimitable smell of bamboo salt.
INTAKE RECOMMENDATION
Mix 2 – 3 g (or one teaspoon) of bamboo salt in one glass of cold mineral water and drink it 30 minutes before or after meal, after getting up and before going to bed. Drink it 3 – 5 times per day. You had better take only bamboo salt with saliva. It is also important to drink a lot afterwards.However, it can also be taken with osmosis – distilled water or tea.
NOTE
You can use thisbamboo salt also for tasting of vegetables, e. g. tomatoes, eggs or seasoning at table.
