The two full-spectrum light tubes from True-Light (15 watt) are the equivalent of 96% sunlight in terms of color spectrum and color fidelity, and this explains its positive effects on your body, mind and soul. UV-A and UV-B rays are present, as in sunlight, in small quantities.

USE

For concentrated use, sit at a distance of 50-100 cm from the light for 30-60 minutes.
